What games help you learn to drive?

I want to learn how to drive or at least th rules/laws before I get behind the real thing. I want a game that I can play online, I have played 3D Driving School, so something like that. Thanks.

there is no game that can teach you the road rules seeing as the rules differ from state to state. besides drivers training will teach you all you need to know. but video games would be an awful way to learn the rules of driving
if you have game consoles:
PS3-GranTurismo
Xbox 360-Forza Motorsport
Those games have like realistic controls + Forza is pretty cheap
