Are there any good videogames with real steering wheels and pedals that help you learn how to drive?

no but need for speed hot pursuit is an awsome game with steering wheele and pedals

There might even be a few at your DMV, check
if you have a 360, forza motorsport 2.. has slow economic cars up to fast prototype cars.
but best is to get someone to teach you in real life
No. There are no video games that will give you the same experience as driving. Your best bet to learn is to get someone who can take you out and learn that way. It is the only way to learn correctly.

best way to learn is to hire a driving instructor and learn on the road. It’s not as scray as it seems and you’ll be ok

No. Video games cannot emulate some of the most important aspects of driving, such as a sense for your speed and the cars around you. There really is no comparison to actually getting in a car and driving. Why not get one of your parents to take you to a large, empty parking lot and teach you the basics of driving?
for most racing games u can use steering wheel just u have to buy it separately and if its not a certain kind it doesnt work i know its been said alot of time on other answers but i think need for speed is the best. and here s a hint if u buy need for speed pro street for a game console rather than the computer u have to need to be able to use the Internet on the game console or at least that is what my Friend told me
