Any advice for how to learn to drive, when your absolutley terrified of driving?

I’m 21, and I still don’t have a driver’s license. In high school, I never had time to learn, and then I was in college and definitely didnt have the time. I’m now a senior in college, and even though I dont think I’ll need to have a car once I graduate because I plan on moving to NYC, I still believe I may at some point need to drive. My younger sister got her license this summer;and so didmy boyfriend, so now I am the only one I know without a license. Ive been taking driving lessons for about a month and a half this summer, and now I have to go back to school, and I still havent taken the road tet. I just know Im not ready to pass the test yet, thats why I havent taken it. Its not that I dont want to drive, I just have an extreme fear of driving. I get like serious panic attacks if Im on the road for more then 15 minutes. Any advice as to how to overcome this fear and actually get my license and drive without being afraid of dying?
