Where to learn how to drive manual in Central New Jersey?

I’ve been driving auto for the last two years and I have always wanted to drive manual. Problem is I’m having a hard time find a way to learn. I found a driving school but they charge $200 for a 2 hour lesson. I don’t think that it’s worth the 200 bucks personally. I also don’t know any one that drives one. if the driving school is my only option, is it worth it? would one lesson be enough so I can do test drives? Any other way I can find out how to drive manual?
